  1. Great article, fun read. I have been working on building up my garden for the last few years to have healthier and fresher food available for my family and myself. I really loved that you outlined some of the many health benefits of eating healthy.

    When I finished reading this article, it reminded me about how many health benefits cannabis has. Cannabis products can increase your heart health, decrease inflammation, improve memory retention, improve sleep patterns, and stimulate appetite, just to name a few of the benefits.

    Have you explored adding raw marijuana flower to your Keto Salads? I actually just spoke to a Budtender at Destination HWY 420, my local pot shop about eating raw marijuana flower. If you eat raw marijuana, it will not get you high, but it will give you many of the medical benefits associated with THC (the psychoactive chemical compound found in cannabis).

    I might try a strict Keto/raw marijuana diet for a week or two to see how well it works. I would love to hear if anyone else has tried this and what type of results they got. I’ll probably reach out to Destination HWY 420 to ask them to produce some content about this too.

      Thanks for sharing and I am glad you enjoyed the article! Also, I have not tried raw marijuana flower in my Keto salads. I have read of many benefits of raw cannabis which seem to have been stamped out by big pharma (in my opinion). Now that big business seems to have figured out a way to capitalize on the plant, more and more states are rolling it out as a viable option to health and recreational use. We will see as time goes on how the health benefits truly manifest in the lives of many (like yourself) who explore the power the plant has to offer us.
