SOFT FOOD DIET General guidelines

  • SOFT FOOD DIET Eat-in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. How you eat may be as significant as what you eat. Don’t rush while eating. Chew your food and, and swallow.
  • SOFT FOOD DIET Eat small frequent meals during the day, but don’t eat in 2 hours of bedtime.
  • Don’t eat any foods that cause discomfort.
  • Don’t use NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), such as aspirin and ibuprofen. Also, avoid medication that contains aspirin. NSAIDs can cause ulcers and delay or prevent ulcer healing.
  • Use antacids as required. but keep in mind that magnesium-containing antacids may cause diarrhea.

  • Mashed vegetables, and boiled potatoes without skin
  • Plain pasta and noodles
  • Ordinary crackers (such as no-salt soda crackers)

  • Bran and granola seeds

  • Coffee and natural teas
  • Colas and different drinks with caffeine
  • Cranberry, peach, pineapple, and grapefruit juice
  • Lemonade
  • Vegetable juice
  • Whole milk, if you are lactose intolerant

Meals to eat on a soft food diet

Soft foods use as regular-textured or spicy foods that can’t tolerate. resulting in some reasons.
Soft diets should not involve pure diets. Although refined foods allow on soft food diets, pure diets are separate.
Omit, soft diets should consist of foods that are soft as well as easy to eat and eat.
